IFC to provide $150 million loan to Arisun Clean Energy for Rewa project

IFC has also granted $150 million loan to Arinsun Clean Energy, a subsidiary of Solenergi Power Private Limited, for the development of its 250 MW solar project at the Rewa solar park in Madhya Pradesh. IFC plans to issue $50 million through non-convertible debentures and an additional $100 million from other lenders. The funds will be utilised by Arinsun Clean Energy for EPC as well as O&M of the project. The company plans to complete the project, costing almost $200 million, by December 2018.
