IFC to provide $150 million loan to ACME Jaipur Solar Power Private Limited for 250 MW solar project in Rewa

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has approved a $150 million loan to ACME Jaipur Solar Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME Solar, to develop a 250 MW solar project at the Rewa solar park in Madhya Pradesh. IFC plans to issue up to $50 million through non-convertible debentures and will help in mobilising up to $100 million from other lenders. The loans will be for a long tenor and at a fixed rate of interest.
