MAHAGENCO tenders 110 MW of solar in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) has issued two separate solar tenders with a total capacity of 110 MW to be installed in Maharashtra. The bid submission deadline for the tenders is September 26, 2017. Under this, an aggregate of 60 MW of solar projects will be developed at various locations in Tembhu, Satara district, which will supply power to the Tembhu lift irrigation programme. The remaining 50 MW will be developed at various locations across Western Maharashtra. Both projects will be developed on a PPP basis. The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the projects. In addition, the successful bidder will provide O&M services for 25 years.
