NTPC has issued a global tender for 250 MW of solar power capacity under the domestic content requirement (DCR) category. The capacity can be developed anywhere across India. The deadline for submitting bids is August 30, 2017. The scope of work includes design, manufacturing, supply, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning, along with operations and maintenance (O&M) of the project and the transmission system.
