The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has invited bids to set up 150 kW of rooftop solar projects in Jharkhand at an estimated cost of Rs 10.5 million. The bid submission deadline is August 28, 2017. In addition, LIC has issued a tender for empanelment to develop rooftop solar projects in West Bengal and the north-eastern region. The selected bidders will be empaneled for three years. The bid submission deadline is August 25, 2017.
