Columbia to become the first city in South Carolina to commit 100 per cent clean energy

The cities of Columbia in South Carolina and Sarasota in Florida have committed to adopt a goal of moving to 100 per cent clean energy by 2036. Columbia represents the first city or town in South Carolina and the 36th city in the US to make such a commitment.
