Udaipur Smart City tenders 2 MW of rooftop solar

The Municipal Corporation of Udaipur Smart City Limited (USCL) has tendered 2 MW of rooftop solar projects to be developed on selected buildings in Udaipur with a minimum project size of 10 kW on any given rooftop. The tender mandates the bidding of the entire capacity to one developer under the renewable energy service company model. The scope of work includes the commissioning of projects with net metering systems along with design, supply, erection and testing. The successful bidder will have to provide O&M services for a 25-year period. The estimated project cost is Rs 120 million and it is likely to be completed within 12 months from the date of issue of letter of award. The last date for bid submission is July 26, 2017.
