West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) has tendered 5.285 MW of rooftop solar projects – 5.16 MW of rooftop solar to be developed atop buildings owned by WBSEDCL and other government buildings across West Bengal, and 0.125 MW of rooftop solar to be developed at Durgapur Projects Limited. The capacity will be developed on a turnkey basis in pockets of 5 kW, and the scope of work will include installation and commissioning. The successful bidder will have to provide comprehensive maintenance services for a five-year period. The bid submission deadline is June 30, 2017.
