Hitachi High-Technologies Corporation (Hitachi High-Tech) has signed an MoU with CleanMax Solar to tap the Indian solar power market. Under the partnership, the two companies will jointly offer rooftop solar solutions to Japanese companies across India. Hitachi High-Tech’s role would involve approaching Japanese clients in India and supplying solar PV modules to CleanMax for executing projects. It will also be considering low-cost Japanese financing. Through the partnership, the companies will offer both capex as well as opex solutions to Japanese corporates.
