Hindustan Salts on the lookout to develop 100 MW of solar in Gujarat

Hindustan Salts Limited (HSL) has invited bids for a 100 MW solar project at Kharaghoda district in Gujarat. It will be developed by HSL along with the winning EPC contractor based on the revenue sharing model. The successful bidder will provide both EPC and O&M services for 25 years. The expenditure for development, installation, and O&M, and seeking various clearances will be borne by the successful bidder while land for the project will be provided by HSL. The power generated from the project will be sold in the market and the revenue generated will be shared by the two companies. The project completion time frame is 180 days from the date of award of the contract.
