Tata Cleantech Capital Limited (TCCL), a joint venture between Tata Capital Limited and the International Finance Corporation, has funded a 450 kW rooftop solar project, the largest in Mumbai, at the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA). TCCL, the sole lender, has disbursed a total of Rs 23.6 million for the project. The project has been established and installed by Avesta Solar Private Limited. The installation is capable of generating around 650,000 units and is estimated to lead to savings of around Rs 5 million per year for NCPA.
