LAPP India has launched the EPIC SMART industrial connector at IMTEX 2017. The product can be used for power and control applications in all industries including machine tools, automotive, material handling, and industrial automation. It is designed and manufactured in Asia to serve customers in the region. The connectors are suitable for rated currents of up to 16A and voltage levels of 500 volts, tested as per DIN IEC60512-5 and approved by UL.
EPIC SMART is available in 6, 10, 16 and 24 contacts, with screw type termination for easy assembly. These connectors can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C, making them suitable for industrial applications. The following are some of the key features of the product:
