Sky Solar Holdings announces agreements to sell 23 MW of solar projects in Greece

Hong Kong-based Sky Solar Holdings Limited has entered into share purchase agreements with A.W. Aktina Wind Limited, based on which the latter shall purchase equity in 23 MW of solar projects, owned by Sky Solar’s wholly owned subsidiaries in Greece, for a total purchase price of Euro 39.7 million. A.W. Aktina Wind Limited will pay Euro 37.8 million in cash and take on certain specified liabilities of Euro 1.9 million associated with the transaction assets.
