Denmark-based renewable energy developer Pure & Better Energy has won 20 MW of solar PV projects at the inaugural Denmark-Germany cross border auction at a tariff of $1.81 per MWh. This tariff is in addition to Denmark’s market spot power price, which is around $2.81 per MWh. At present, Pure & Better Energy has secured tariffs for more than 100 MW of solar projects in Denmark, and will begin building and commissioning these ground-mounted projects in 2017.
